At Pennsylvania Avenue Montessori, our purpose is to provide an excellent child-care learning facility where your child can grow from
infancy through the toddler phase, on through the pre-school years. This eliminates the need for changing facilities as the needs
of your child change. As your child grows with us, our center will become a home-away-from-home...and a place of educational learning
with boundless oppurtunities!
Pennsylvania Avenue Montessori (P.A.M.) offers your child an introduction to many programs
through Montessori Education including:
- Dramatic Arts - Creative Arts - Language - Development - Mathematics - Science - Health &
Safety - Computer Classes - Music Appreciation
Hours of Operation:
P.A.M. offers Extended Care school days from 6:30am - 6:30pm
Our Center offers exceptional care for your Infant & Toddler age child. Our experienced care-givers extend your little ones the
warm, nuturing attention which is so necessary for Infants & Toddlers.
Our 2-year olds & older will recieve individualized attention from child-care professionals who understand the developmental needs
of this age group. An emphasis is placed on Self-Concept, Self-Control, and Communication Skills. Toilet Training is introduced when
both parents & staff feel that the time is right.
Lunches / Snacks:
Lunch is provided for a nominal cost; however 2 nutritious snacks are provided to all ages, each day - free
of charge
Special Needs:
We regret to inform parents of special needs children that our school and staff are not equipped
to handle the needs of children who are severely physically or emotionally handicapped. We will however, make every effort to accomodate
any other special needs of your child. Please make the Office and Director aware of these situations.
